Your first login

This article explains how to get access to Indivd and log in for the first time.

How you get access

Your account is created by your Indivd contact during onboarding. You will receive an email invitation with a link to set your password. Click the link, set a password, and your account is ready.

Note: If the invitation email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, ask your Indivd contact to resend it.

Logging in

To log in to Indivd:

1. Go to app.indivd.com.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Log in.

You land on the All Visitor Traffic (Line Based) dashboard, which shows entrance visitor data for your locations.

If you cannot log in

To reset your password:

1. Go to app.indivd.com.
2. Click Forgot password.
3. Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the email you receive.

If you have lost access to your email address or your account has been deactivated, contact your Indivd onboarding contact.
