How locations are connected
Locations are set up by Indivd during your technical onboarding — you do not connect cameras or create locations yourself. Once your cameras are live and validated, your location appears automatically across all dashboard views and filters in the platform.
Verifying your location is active
To confirm your location is connected:
- Log in to app.indivd.com.
- Click Settings in the left navigation.
- Select Locations.
- Your location should appear in the list.
Note: If your location does not appear in Settings, or if it appears but shows no data in the dashboards, contact your Indivd onboarding contact. Camera validation may still be in progress.
Adding more locations
Additional locations are added through your Indivd contact. Each new location goes through the same camera installation and validation process before appearing in the platform.
