Navigating the dashboard
The left navigation gives you access to four dashboard views. Click any view name to switch to it. All views share the same date and location filters at the top of the page.
All Visitor Traffic (Line Based)
Shows entrance visitor counts over time as a line chart. Use this view to read traffic patterns across the day, compare periods, and spot peaks and troughs in footfall. This is typically where you start when reviewing a specific date.
All Visitor Traffic
Shows visitor data broken down by zone with key metrics: Drop-in Rate, Bounce Rate, Footfall Trends, and Footfall Breakdown. Use this view for day-to-day performance tracking — it shows not just how many visitors entered, but how they behaved across zones.
Visitor Flow & Journeys
Shows how visitors move between zones within a location. Use this view to understand which paths visitors take, which zones they visit in sequence, and where they exit. Useful for evaluating layout changes and zone placement decisions.
System Dashboard
Shows the health of your cameras and data collection across all locations. Metrics include System Uptime, Camera Uptime, and a per-location uptime breakdown. Use this view to confirm your cameras are online and data is being collected accurately.
