This is the Summer release, covering two major periods of work. It includes a 3–5% counting accuracy improvement, the launch of Bounce Rate, Dwell Time, and Drop-in Rate for premium visitor counting, and the launch of a new Tier 2+ Swedish datacentre guaranteeing 99.3% availability.

Dashboard
- Counting accuracy boost. Counting accuracy has increased by an additional 3–5%, building on already strong performance. ReID technology precision has also been improved, resulting in a 300% boost in key insights including Cross Conversion, Cross Visitation, Visitor Journeys, Bounce Rate, and Dwell Time.
- Bounce Rate. Shows how quickly visitors leave specific zones, providing insights into engagement across stores, product categories, malls, airports, and offices. Track and visualize bounce rates to identify zones that need improvement and optimize those that are performing well. Read the full guide.
- Dwell Time. Shows how long visitors spend in specific zones, providing insights into engagement levels across any type of location. Use this to identify areas of high or low engagement and optimize layout and visitor experience accordingly. Read the full guide.
- Drop-in Rate. Measures how effectively your location converts passersby into visitors. Track and visualize drop-in rates to identify where your location is succeeding at attracting visitors and where there is room to improve. Read the full guide.
- Improved Excel export. The Excel export now includes more granular widget data and comparison data. Deploying next week. Future updates will add built-in formulas and charts directly in the export file.
Settings
- Organizational settings in the new app. Organizational settings are now part of the new platform. Access them via the cog wheel in the top right corner.
- Alphabetical list sorting. Most lists are now sorted alphabetically by default, making it easier to find what you need quickly.

Bounce Rate threshold. A Bounce Rate Threshold setting has been added to zone settings. This lets you define what counts as a bounce in each zone, since different areas may have different visitor behaviours. Use it to get more accurate engagement insights per zone. Read the full guide.
- People Counter list. A People Counter List has been added to the new settings interface. This is the first step in a broader revamp of the Edit People Counter feature, with a larger update coming soon.
Stability and Performance
- New Swedish Tier 2+ datacentre. A new datacentre in Sweden is now live for the first customers. It guarantees 99.3% availability, faster and more consistent response times, and more extensive monitoring to detect and resolve issues proactively. Customer migration is underway.
- Camera connection and RTSP streaming stability. A major stability update for camera connections and RTSP streaming will be deployed in the new datacentre. Customers who have migrated will notice improvements immediately.
- Extended monitoring. Upgraded infrastructure has significantly expanded the ability to monitor and manage all microservices, improving robustness and response times.
Maintenance
- Corrected an issue with weekly reports spanning year-end breaks.
- Snapshot alerts for system admins are now active, detecting changes in camera angles or obstacles affecting data accuracy.
- Fixed a bug causing dropdown widths to display incorrectly.
- Resolved issues with cross charts that sometimes produced negative values or a division by zero error with certain zone selections.
- Fixed an error message that appeared when switching from dashboard insights to settings too quickly.
- Zone-based insights and dwell time are now correctly filtered by location.
- Resolved a problem with saving settings for specific zones.
- Improved form validation so incorrect fields are properly highlighted.
- Updated the industry list to be more relevant.
- Made settings list items hoverable and added an edit link.
- Corrected display issues with long zone names and labels.
