This release introduces per-widget data exports with comparison benchmarks and statistical summaries, a significantly upgraded dwell time widget showing average, median, quartiles, and outliers, and the start of the migration to a new Swedish datacentre.
Check out what's new:
Dashboard
- Per-widget data export. Every widget now has a dedicated data export tailored to its data structure. Exports include all data for your selected date range, comparison benchmarks when comparing periods, and statistical summaries including averages, means, and quartiles where applicable. The export format is designed to be flexible and will continue to be extended with more options.
- Upgraded dwell time widget. The dwell time widget now shows five metrics: average dwell time (overall engagement level), median (typical dwell time without influence from extreme values), Q1 and Q3 (the most common dwell times for the majority of visitors), and outliers (unusually short or long stays). Use these insights to optimize layout and product placement in zones where visitors stay longer, identify areas with shorter dwell times that need attention, and adjust visitor flow across your location.
Stability and Performance
- Swedish datacentre migration. The move to a new Swedish datacentre is underway, with the first customers already live. This brings better stability, more robust monitoring, and a smoother onboarding process. More customers will transition over the coming weeks.
Maintenance
- Fixed an issue where charts with no data would crash the system.
- Location selection is now retained when switching the table chart view between zone and line-based insights.
- Resolved a bug where the location dropdown appeared behind other components.
- Zone dropdown lists have been widened to accommodate longer text descriptions.
- Fixed formatting issues with the dwell time and bounce rate widgets. For Premium users, a minor discrepancy between dwell time in the table chart and the dwell time widget remains due to a rounding issue that will be resolved shortly.
