What's new in Indivd: 4 April 2025

This release introduces multiple dashboards for Pro and Complete customers, a fully rebuilt bar chart and table chart with expanded visitor metrics, a first POS integration with Sitoo, and a new processing pipeline that improves data reliability and automatic error handling.

Dashboard

• Multiple dashboards. (Pro and Complete) Pro and Complete customers now have access to multiple dashboards, starting with the basic and advanced dashboards. More dashboards will be added over the coming weeks to make analysis more intuitive and easy to navigate.
  
  
• Enhanced Excel export. (Pro and Complete) Excel exports now include detailed hourly visit data across all zones, including bounce rates, staying visitors, and dwell time cohorts, all in one file. Benchmarking and offline analysis are faster and easier as a result.
  
  
• Next-generation bar chart. (Pro and Complete) The bar chart has been fully rebuilt and now shows visits, unique visitors, bounce rates, staying visitors, and dwell time cohorts. You can drill down to specific locations or zones, with the visualization adjusting automatically to your selected timeframe, including hourly and daily views.
  
  
• Advanced table chart. (Pro and Complete) The table chart now shows visits, unique visitors, bouncing visitors, staying visitors, and dwell time cohorts, with distinct rows per zone and filtering to analyze visitor behavior efficiently.
  
  
• Dwell time filter. (Pro and Complete) Bar and table charts now include a dwell time filter. Define custom segments by exact times, ranges, or extended stays to analyze how long different visitor groups spend in your zones and identify where to improve relevance and experience.

Settings

• Updated visual editor. Line and zone management in the visual editor is now faster and more precise. A new action menu directly on snapshots simplifies adjustments and improves stability when capturing measurement lines and zones.
• Sitoo POS integration. The first tailored POS integration with Sitoo is live. Store staff can now see conversion rates, bounce rates, and visitor funnels directly within their Sitoo POS system. More integrations are planned.
• Optimized zone-based API. (Pro and Complete) The zone-based API now includes a full set of KPIs: passing visitors, entering visitors, bounce rates, and staying visitors. Connect these metrics to your BI tools for custom dashboards, advanced analytics, and visitor funnel analysis.

Stability and Performance

• Next-generation processing pipeline. A new processing pipeline is now live. It automatically handles common operational challenges including unstable streams, network fluctuations, varying FPS, camera configuration issues, and data packet loss. This improves data reliability, monitoring precision, and automatic reporting across all installations.

Maintenance

• Resolved approximately 20 minor bugs, improving overall system stability and performance.
