This release adds the first version of the funnel widget, expands dwell time insights with visitor segmentation and median values, brings passing-by data into specific zones, and introduces average order value settings for revenue tracking.
Check out what's new:
Dashboard
- Dwell time segmentation. The dwell time feature now shows how visit duration varies across different visitor groups, not just the overall average. A zone with a 20-minute average might reveal that casual visitors stay only 2 minutes while highly engaged visitors average 30. Use the updated visit duration filter in the table chart to identify your most engaged visitors and develop strategies to turn casual drop-ins into repeat customers.
- Funnel widget. The new funnel widget shows how visitors move through your location across two stages: entering a zone and staying in a zone. A third stage showing how many visitors pass by is coming within two weeks. For stores, the funnel includes an average sales value setting to estimate revenue opportunity per zone. For malls and airports, it maps the full journey from entry to specific stores, helping you measure how many customers each zone actually receives.
- Improved Excel export. Excel exports now include dwell time data broken down by visitor group: all visitors, quick visitors, longer-staying visitors, and any custom groups you have defined. You can also select the time interval for your data: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
- Color-coded comparison tables. Comparison data in tables now uses background colors to help you spot differences and key insights at a glance, without having to read every number.
- Passing-by data in zones. Passing-by data is no longer limited to entrances. You can now measure how many visitors pass by a specific product zone in a store, a particular shop in a mall, or any defined zone in an airport. This makes it easier to identify untapped opportunities and plan how to increase engagement where it matters most.
- Median added to dwell time widget. The dwell time widget now shows both the average and the median. Because a small number of very long visits can inflate the average, the median gives you a more reliable picture of typical visitor behavior.
Settings
- Average order value per zone. You can now define an average sales value for each zone. This value feeds into the funnel widget to show how much revenue you are capturing from visitors who stay and how much you may be losing from those who leave quickly. Stores can estimate value gained or lost per zone. Malls and airports can measure the performance of individual shops, restaurants, or commercial areas. Set the average order value in zone settings and your currency preference in organizational settings. Currency conversions update automatically each night.
