- Connect to Internet
- If using existing Internet connection, plug cable in between existing switch and WAN/Internet port on mobile router.
- If mobile connection, take photo of simcard and send to Magnus. Put simcard in router. (make sure the simcard it’s activated first)
- Send photo of router’s information panel (username and password) and send to Magnus.
- Connect a network cable between LAN port on mobile router and your laptop.
- Open your browser and surf to 192.168.1.1 from your laptop. If that doesn’t doesn’t work, see troubleshooting.
- Login using the username admin and the password printed on back of router.
- Set new admin password, save it and send to Magnus.
- Check that we have Internet connection on router, by navigating to Status->Overview
- For mobile check that sim is inserted, that you are connected, having 4G/LTE state and that you have IP address and APN detected.
- For wired connection, make sure you have IP, Gateway and DNS servers set.
- For mobile check that sim is inserted, that you are connected, having 4G/LTE state and that you have IP address and APN detected.
- Register router to RMS for remote connection.
- In browser window for router admin, surf to Services->Cloud Solutions->RMS. Copy serial no, LAN MAC. Send this info to Magnus and wait for confirmation, OR continue with step b below.
- In a new browser window surf to Teltonika RMS | Remote management system . Login with your user credentials. You should already have set a password, if not. Try to reset it on login page by “forgot password” or request access and user credentials by emailing your request to onboarding@indivd.com.
- Click on Management->Devices->Add device.
- Enter router name (any name), serial, mac, password (the new admin password you set in step 6) and click submit.
- Go back to router admin browser window in router. You should still be on RMS page, if not go to Services->Cloud Solutions->RMS. Click Connect and then Save and Apply.
- Send the information from RMS (Name of Router, Serial number, MAC Address, SIM number and password) to Indivd to onboarding@indivd.com
- Done!
