What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small simple file that is sent along with pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer or another device. The information stored therein may be returned to our servers or to the servers of the relevant third parties during a subsequent visit.
Local storage and session storage hold information in your browser without using a cookie. Local storage remains until it is removed or cleared; software may use an expiry value to decide when to stop using it. Session storage is normally limited to the lifetime of the browser tab. Tracking scripts and pixels can also send information about your visit to a provider, whether or not a cookie is stored.
Two types of cookies
There are two types of cookies, permanent and temporary / session cookies.
Permanent cookies are stored for a defined period and expire at the end of that period, unless you or your browser remove them earlier. An expiry period may restart when a cookie is updated.
Session cookies are temporarily stored when you visit the website and are associated with a browser session. Their duration can depend on your browser settings, including session restoration.
A cookie file is a so-called passive file and cannot spread malicious software or computer viruses on your mobile device or computer.
How to refuse cookies
You can reject optional cookies in our banner or change your choices through Cookie settings in the website footer. When you withdraw consent, we stop future tracking for the categories you turn off. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place lawfully before you withdrew consent.
You can also delete cookies and other website data through your browser settings. More information is available at https://www.aboutcookies.org/. Blocking technologies needed for a service you request may affect that service.
How Indivd is using cookies
Necessary technologies support services you request and remember your privacy choices. They are used without optional-cookie consent only where they qualify as strictly necessary. Analytics technologies help us understand website use. Marketing technologies support campaign measurement, audience creation, retargeting and understanding visits from prospective customers.
With your Analytics consent, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, sessions and website interactions to help us improve the website.
With your Marketing consent, we use the following services:
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: campaign measurement, audience insights and retargeting.
- Influ2: measuring website engagement in connection with advertising campaigns and prospective-customer interest.
- Leadfeeder / Dealfront: identifying visiting companies and understanding repeat visits and website engagement.
- Clay Web Intent: identifying visiting companies and measuring their engagement with website content.
- Adform: advertising measurement and retargeting.
These services can receive information such as online identifiers, IP addresses, device and browser information, page URLs and interactions. The information used depends on the service and your consent choices.
We use Google Tag Manager to manage tracking tags. Our website also uses Framer's built-in analytics, which Framer describes as not relying on cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.
